Regression: On 'Cast' overaly 'Search' ghost text is not appear in search text box.

OS: Windows(Win-7 Aero Enabled),Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome,click on cast option from wrench menu and observe. 

'Search' ghost text is not appear in search text box.

'Search' ghost text should appear in search text box.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-52', will soon update other info.

Good Build :  52.0.2705.0 
Bad Build :  52.0.2706.0
