What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download the desktopCapture extension from https://drive.google.com/a/google.com/folderview?id=0B__Tc1GKZkEXNk84MnI5em1yTGc&usp=sharing
(2) In chrome://extensions, click developer mode and click button 'Load Unpacked Extensions'
(3) Launch the "Desktop Capture Example" extension
(4) click Start
(5) select a tab that is playing a youtube video

What is the expected output?
Per design, Share audio is available for <Linux: tab only>
"Share audio" button should be seen and clickable when the youtube tab is selected

What do you see instead?
"Share audio" button is not seen
