Context menu displaying with bold text

Reported by sguimara...@gmail.com, Apr 13 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.112 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start Chrome Canary with Windows Cleartype enabled
2. Open any tab
3. Right click anywhere. It should display a text with black jagged pixels instead of default clear type anti-alias.

What is the expected behavior?
Should display using the default OS font smoothing system.

What went wrong?
Unreadable text on context menu. Same problem occurs when clicking in the hamburger menu.
Even if I disable clear type, the problem still occurs.

Did this work before? Yes Last build

Chrome version: 52.0.2707.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I'm running with a notebook with an extra display connected by Display Port. Tried resetting and unplugging the other display and nothing changed.
Computer has a Intel HD video card.
