Clicking links opens duplicate tabs

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://webplayer.clickview.co.uk/?p=-asO Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. enter the link in Chrome 2. The first tab opens, and then shortly after a second version opens 3. Every one of these links does the same thing in Chrome. What is the expected behavior? Only one tab should open, which is what happens with IE, Edge and Firefox. What went wrong? Two (duplicate) tabs open with the same content (the second tab shortly after the first opens. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes As far as I can tell the problem licked in about 3-4 weeks ago. Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Verified the issue on Latest Stable# 50.0.2661.75 on Windows and could not reproduce the issue. @tim.rawe -- Could you please provide us a screen cast of the issue if reproducible in the latest stable mentioned. Thanks in Advance. Note: Removing Needs Bisect label as of now.

Verified the issue on Latest Stable# 50.0.2661.94 on Windows 10 (32 & 64 - bit) but found no luck in reproducing the issue. No duplicate tab is opened upon navigating to the URL provided. Please let us know if there any other means of reproducing the issue. Thanks in Advance.
