PDF fails to render

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.66 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Load the attached pdf

What is the expected behavior?
PDF renders

What went wrong?
Pdf just displays as a series of dots (see screenshot)

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.66  Channel: beta
OS Version: 
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Works in firefox and evince
