Fullscreen video doesn't bode well with transformed iframes

Reported by jmprieto...@gmail.com, Apr 13 2016

Issue description

Example URL:
http://run.plnkr.co/plunks/W1nKXhdVZWGFnhq201po/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to http://run.plnkr.co/plunks/W1nKXhdVZWGFnhq201po/
2. Play the video and make it fullscreen
3. Tap to show the video controls and interact with them

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The controls don't work

Did this work before? N/A

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.105 Channel: stable
OS Version: 5.1.1
Flash Version:

When the video is fullscreen and the controls are hidden, you should be able to tap anywhere to make them shown. Depending on the transformation being applied to the iframe only a part of the screen (or nothing at all) can be tapped to make the controls shown.

Hello

Thanks for reporting the issue. However, the video is not playing in the link that you provided. Can you either recheck the link or provide a new video that we can try to reproduce the issue on? Also, please provide your device details along with logcat/bugreport, if possible.

Thanks!
I do see the video in the link in Chrome/Android and also on desktop and Firefox.

The reported problem happens in every single Android device I've tried, including emulators.

this seems an issue of the media file itself. I see the same behavior on all browsers, e.g safari on iphone and mac, opera on desktop.
There's no problem at all with the video. I guess the problem is that the testers have opened it on a desktop computer, where the only way to play the video is by clicking on the play button that is outside of the window. But this, as stated in the OS field and in a comment, is an Android bug (and there you can play the video by tapping anywhere over it).

Part of the problem has been fixed (you can now tap anywhere while the video is playing fullscreen to show the controls) but a problem remains: you can't interact with the controls.
