Issue descriptionExample URL: https://3dthis.com/bugs/vidcap.htm Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to https://3dthis.com/bugs/vidcap.htm 2. Play video 3. Hit Capture What is the expected behavior? Captured video frame should be displayed What went wrong? Erratic data is displayed, see attached image Did this work before? Yes Chrome beta 50 and before Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 51.0.2704.5 Channel: dev OS Version: 4.4.2 Flash Version: Same with S3 (GT-19300) under Android 4.3, OK on S6 under Android 5.1.1
