What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Right Click or select "3 bar" dropdown menu.

What is the expected result?
Seeing a normally rendered context menu/settings menu.

What happens instead of that?
The font is rendered horribly black smeared, muddy, etc.  Strangly it renders correctly on mouseover.  

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This happened immediately following my most recent browser restart (which included browser update).

I've included a screenshot of context menu with and without mouseover of a menu item.
