Capture with decklink hardware shows black screen

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2681.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have a Blackmagic capture card attached and the drivers installed properly. 2. Have a 1080p 60Hz Signal connected (check with media express) 3. Open video sample website of your choice 3. Select the given device / signal combination for webcam usage 4. The browser may show you a black capture What is the expected behavior? Show the captured signal What went wrong? Internally an incorrect video format with the same resolution but interlaced is chosen because it is found before the progressive version in the video mode list of the decklink api. Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2681.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.11.4 Flash Version: Some resolutions should work if the progressive format is listed before or the interlaced format doesnt exists.
