Cannot link bugs to "master data stale" reports

Problem with Sheriff-o-Matic:
https://sheriff-o-matic.appspot.com/chromium

When I attempt to link a bug to a report about stale master data, S-o-M fails with the following error in the JS console:

Uncaught TypeError: this.group.data.fileBugLink is not a function

I am logged in, and for most entries the Link Bug button works. On the attached screenshot, Link Bug fails only for the first four items, the rest works fine.
