Regression:Print privew flickers on resizing the browser window.

Chrome Version:50.0.2661.75 (Official Build)ffad3c52452e415ab24c9cad1bae22eeb7428092-refs/branch-heads/2661@{#573}(32/64-bit)
OS:All(Aero enabled)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open NTP or navigate to any web page like https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/apps
(2)Give print command (Ctr+P) on the page and click on 'Restore down' option.
(3)Resize the browser window towards L.H.S and observe.

Actual:Print preview flickers on re-sizing the browser window towards L.H.S.

Expected:Print preview should not flicker on re-sizing the browser window towards L.H.S.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-49,below is the Narrow bisect information:

I think my patch made scrolling smoother so it exposed the issue, but it had existed before.

It looks to me like the pdf viewer is temporarily disappearing for some reason.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
It's expected that the content may flicker during resizing because we create a new graphics context.
