Latest Chrome gives me Invalid Property Value for "flex: 0 0 content"

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.112 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Latest Chrome gives me Invalid Property Value for "flex: 0 0 content;" - although the spec allows it AFAICS.

What is the expected behavior?
It should be handled as valid.

What went wrong?
It got reported as invalid.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.112  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.4
Flash Version: 

Sorry, no test case. I hope you can reproduce it.

I'm also getting "invalid property value" (in dev tools -> Styles) for "flex: 0 0 content".

Chrome 51.0.2704.103 .
