I can reproduce this even without refreshing the page on Stable (56.0.2924.87) but it seems to be fixed in Canary (59.0.3061.0). May have been fixed in between.

If it's fixed on Canary, we should just close the bug as WontFix in the sense that there is no more work we can do to further fix the bug. Alternatively, reverse bisect to see what fixed it and marked the bug as fixed/duplicate.

Can now reproduce in Canary and in 59.0.3061.0 so not sure why it was not reproducing before. Refreshing the page does not seem to be necessary. Also, this page seems to generally have some issues with layout, as if the paper size is changed to A3 the first page becomes almost entirely blank.

Checked on Print Browser and it looks okay but the page appears to be rendering wider than normal pages, see images attached which are shots of the window set at the same width the entire time. Perhaps this is happening in print preview also and is causing the page to get cut off since the physical paper can't actually get any wider?
