Pre-condition: Enable new GAIA password-separated sign-in flow flag from chrome://flags

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome >> Clock on avatar bubble on top right corner >> Click on sign in to chrome button
(2) Now type valid username and hit enter >> Click on back navigation of sign in overlay
(3) Now select whole username and try to delete it using delete/backspace

Expected: Should be able to delete the username even after back navigation
Actual: Instead unable to delete username.
