'Cookies set by this page' overlay does not stay hitting space bar key.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 50.0.2661.75 (Official Build) ffad3c52452e415ab24c9cad1bae22eeb7428092-refs/branch-heads/2661@{#573} 32/64 Bit. OS: Windows (Win 7 Aero-Enabled), Linux. Steps: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://www.olacabs.com/fares 2. Click on the lock icon, press tab key to reach link under cookies and hit 'Space bar' key. 3. Observe the 'Cookies set by this page' overlay. Actual: 'Cookies set by this page' overlay does not stay. Expected: 'Cookies set by this page' overlay should stay. This is a non regression issue seen from M-30 build no. 30.0.1549.0 Note: Issue is not seen in Mac OS.
