Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Hello, I have 64 bit processor but anyhow I have installed 32 bit operating linux system and trying to install chrome browser. 
2. I see in chrome download page do not have option for 32 bit.
3. I shocked I have 64 bit processor accepted but I do not have 64 bit OS

What is the expected behavior?
Download allows 32 bit as well for 64 bit Processor but 32 bit linux OS

What went wrong?
Please permission to download 32 bit Chrome Browser.
