Regression : Weird Font is seen at Drop downs and Context Menu

Version: 52.0.2707.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Click on Wrench Menu 
(2)And now  observe the Text

Expected: Wrench Menu should be seen clearly
Actual: Instead Font of Wrench Menu is seen Weird


This is Regression Issue broken in M-52

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version 52.0.2707.0. Working fine on Mac 10.11.3.

updated to Version 52.0.2708.0 canary (64-bit) this morning and the font in menus is back to normal.

Windows 7 64 bit.
