Regression : Weird Font is seen at Drop downs and Context Menu |

Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2707.0 OS: Ubuntu 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome -> Click on Wrench Menu (2)And now observe the Text Expected: Wrench Menu should be seen clearly Actual: Instead Font of Wrench Menu is seen Weird This is Regression Issue broken in M-52
