Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.112 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Laptop with AMD Switchable Graphics and Intel integrated graphics What is the expected behavior? Chrome should default to using the integrated graphics for hardware acceleration, resulting in smooth video playback. What went wrong? Chrome tries to use both graphics cards but ultimately fails and has to rely on software accelerated graphics. The Driver Vendor is listed as AMD, Inc. but GL_RENDERER is Intel HD Graphics 5500. Specifically, Chrome heavily stutters on 4k youtube videos or anything requiring heavy graphics. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 49.0.2623.112 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Reset something in your BIOS, and try enabling the GPU Settings again, or update it's drivers.

@vssummer, It's really not as simple as resetting something in the BIOS or updating my drivers. Chrome just fails to differentiate between the two graphics cards. Edge explorer works fine.
