Rev chromite in chromium tree

It looks like the last update to chromite in the chromium tree was Jul 2015.

Is this revved manually? Should there be an automatic process? Should we add this to the gardener tasks if this should continue to be revved manually?

Doing it occasionally as part of the gardener tasks sounds sensible.
