selecting an image triggers active state for bold, underline, italic.. inline commands [contenteditable, blink]

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
an image isn't in bold, or underlined, those states should be false

What went wrong?
they are all true

Able to repro this issue on Windows 7, MAC (10.11.4) & Ubuntu Trusty (14.04) for Google Chrome Stable Version - 50.0.2661.75

This is a Non-Regression issue existing since M30 - # 30.0.1549.0

The output in M52 is correct, as far as I can determine. The console output shows "false false false false". I tested Mac and Linux and Win.

cyril.auburtin@, could you please confirm that is the expected behavior, and ideally test with the current beta? We would not patch M51 at this time.

Ok, just checked on 53 (dev channel) and it outputs false false false false, so it's ok
