tools/bisect-builds.py has a method UnzipFilenameToDir to extract the contents of the builds being bisected. ASAN builds can be large, and a 1.3 GB archive took 503 seconds to extract (for each archive) when bisecting on Windows.

Time was done on a HP Z620.
