go/crash/<id> often crashes the renderer

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Get a crash-Id and navigate to go/crash/<id> (sorry, Google corp only :)

What is the expected output?

Expect that the page loads.  Instead, about 1/4 times the renderer instead crashes.  I believe that crash-Id 13ea5ec400000000 is for one of these crashes, (but because of issue 601854 the stack is mostly un-symbolized).
