Currently when parsing:
  * Invalid port numbers ("port")
  * Invalid max-age ("max-age")

The implementation accepts invalid inputs. In the case of "port" it behaves as if it weren't present, and in the case of an invalid "max-age" it may treat it as expired.

Before ratcheting up the strictness will need to gather some stats to see if it will break sites.
