zip recipe module needs improvements

Issue descriptionapi.zip.add_directory takes the given directory and splats its contents into the top of the zip. What I actually want it to pass a directory and have the whole directory added to the zip file. api.zip.add_file works around this by having an archive_name to let you change the archive path.
