Security: Chrome is saved wrong password

Reported by alai...@gmail.com, Apr 12 2016

Issue description

1) I have the data of the login form (username and password) correct saved in Chrome;
2) I change the password to a password any;
3) I click the submit;
4) Form invalidates form data;
5) I change the password again for the correct password;
6) I submit the form again now with the correct password;
7) Chrome displays the dialog to update the password saved with the previous password I had typed wrong and not with the last password used that was correct.

What you describe isn't a security bug per-se, but rather a functional problem with passwords. Removing restrictions.
