Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set up Android Studio and check out https://github.com/GoogleChrome/custom-tabs-client as described on https://developer.chrome.com/multidevice/android/customtabs
2. Run "demos" Application -> Customized UI Chrome Custom Tabs
3. Check or uncheck "Auto-hide AppBar"

What is the expected behavior?
If intent extra "android.support.customtabs.extra.ENABLE_URLBAR_HIDING" is not set to true, the urlbar should stay and not be hidden on scrolldown.

What went wrong?
The urlbar is always automatically hidden on scroll down
