Regression: Content of sad tab page are not seen on resizing the devtools window.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 51.0.2704.4 (Official Build)5bcb06bd733f10474ea2f719aa594b13883a393e-refs/branch-heads/2704@{#6} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows(Win 7-Aero enabled), Linux. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and go to NTP or any page. 2. Crash the page using chrome://crash and open 'DevTools' window using 'F12' key. 3. Resize the devtools window to it's maximum from RHS to LHS and observe the content of page. Content of sad tab page gets hide on resizing the devtools window. All the content of sad page should seen on resizing the devtools window. This is a regression issue, broken in M-45 series. This has been reported previously, as this involves opening Dev Tools, snapping to the right then resizing to an narrower than normal device width, there would be very few users who would get into such as state. Will look at it when I have the time to do so. |
