What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and go to above url.
2. Zoom in the page using Ctrl ++ and observe the LHS of the page.

Actual : Weird flickering of page is seen on zoom in.
Expected : Page should not flicker on zoom in.

This is a non regression issue, seen from M-30 series (build 30.0.1549.0)
