Regression: Text appears weird in 'Confirm Removal' overlay in chrome://apps page.

Version: 51.0.2704.4 (Official Build)5bcb06bd733f10474ea2f719aa594b13883a393e-refs/branch-heads/2704@{#6} (32/64-bit)
OS: All (Win 7-Aero enabled)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and go to chrome://apps page.
(2) Drag the Webstore link at bottom into chrome://apps page (shortcut is created).
(3) Right click on Webstore shortcut, select 'Remove from Chrome' option.
(4) Observe the text in 'Confirm Removal' overlay.

Text appears weird in 'Confirm Removal' overlay.

Text appears should be proper in 'Confirm Removal' overlay.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-51, will soon update other info
