Steps to reproduce the problem:

Issue was closed saying that an open bug was an inappropriate place, however the suggested place to provide feedback doesn't exist, and AFAICT never has. This was a joke at our expense.

What is the expected behavior?
When a bug is closed with this statement: "If you have feedback or disagree in principle with the design of a product, that should be shared on the product feedback forums. " one expects that product feedback forums exist. 

What went wrong?
If Chrome has a product feedback forum, it's somewhere that Google search is unable to find it. There are no links to it in the help forum, no mention of it in the FAQ, and this responder didn't link to it.

Please reopen the issue as the suggestion for an alternative approach does not exist.
