UI glitch on GAIA first screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to user account.
2. Open uber tray and click Sign out.
3. On the sign-in screen, Click ¨Add person¨

What do you see instead?
UI glitch on GAIA first screen.

Reproduced only after signing out of user account and then clicking ¨Add person¨.

I don't see this in recent builds. It looked like wallpaper loading took some time, but now it happens immediately.
