In Dutch, 'ijsland' should be turned to 'IJsland' when title-cased. 

Somehow, I was mistaken that there's no title-case support in text-transform (I did look for it, but missed 'capitalize'. Or was I looking for toTitleCase in Javascript? ). 

Anyway, I'll try to add a support for this
