Issue description

CHROMEOS_RELEASE_DESCRIPTION=7978.29.0 dev-channel ninja test

AOPEN Ninja rebooted on its own while running Stratosmedia Player kiosk App (App ID alhlkpgheiefedomljbenmkpconkffhk).

Juan, could this be a licensing problem too?
I don't think so, licensing hangups have been with rise player and hypersign, but maybe it's worth it looking into it as well

I did not see chrome crash in logs attached in #1. The first app run starts in chrome_20160405-155438. Then it gets in the loop of running the app, device rebooting. The reboot seems coming from an explicit request, not due to chrome crash. I suspect it is requested from the app.
