Hint for fakebox NTP disappears when tapping on it and tapping out

Issue description

Steps:
1) Tap the fakebox to bring up the omnibox
2) Tap out to dismiss the omnibox and go back to the NTP view with the fakebox

Expected: "Search of type URL" hint is shown on fakebox

Actual: No hint shown

Seems to only happen after dismissing all snippets

NTP should not regress. So we should make sure this doesn't happen -> P2.
I couldn't repro it now. If it doesn't happen any more, feel free to close it.
