recipe-autoroller-public failures showing up in sheriff-o-matic

I assume the chromium.infra.cron waterfall is not supposed to be handled by regular Chrome sheriffs?

I was seeing alerts for "depot_tools.git cl upload" and "build.roll" steps showing up during my Chrome sheriff shift today.
