Highlight on context menu option disappears on mouving mouse pointer.

OS: Linux, Windows (Win 7-Aero enabled)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to NTP and right click to open context menu.
2) Now press Down arrow key to highlight 'Reload' option.
3) Now move mouse cursor and observe.

On moving mouse pointer highlight on 'Reload' option disappears.

On moving mouse pointer highlight on 'Reload' option should not disappear.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.1)

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS.
