Issue descriptionChrome Version: 52.0.2705.0 (Official Build) fefaf92686d3786bd74fbda74d7dff3ca2f49e3e-refs/heads/master@{#386318} 32/64 Bit. OS: All (Win 7 Aero-Enabled) Steps: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to http://thinku.com/about/ 2. Click on 'About' and then click 'Home' 3. Observe the pages while loading. Actual: Flash of white screen is observed on navigating to other page. Expected: No such flash of white screen should be seen. This is a regression issue broken in M-46. I don't think I fixed this. Also, issue 518733 is a related bug that was also assigned due to the same root cause CL, and had a similar symptom. Assigning to japhet.
