Next page link in the comment section is wrongly detected as article pagination

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable Dom Distiller
(2) Distill http://entretenimento.r7.com/blogs/fabiola-reipert/joelma-vai-a-policia-diz-que-esta-sendo-ameacada-por-chimbinha-e-confirma-traicao/2015/09/09/

What is the expected output?
The article only has one page.

What do you see instead?
The next page link at the comment section is for the second page of the comment, not the second page of the article.

Another example:
http://komachi.yomiuri.co.jp/t/2015/0907/729122.htm

In this case, in the second page of the comment, the main content is hidden, so the whole comment section is actually extracted and stitched as pagination.
