Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.108 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://wenbo.li.muchloved.com/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. User opens e.g., http://wenbo.li.muchloved.com/ or any other page that plays audio. 2. User hears music. 3. User wishes not to hear music. 4. User notices little speaker symbol in tab, and upon mouseover it says this tab is playing audio. 5. User clicks it. Nothing happens. 6. User is forced to go hunting around the page to find the control to turn off the audio. The symbol should become red-Xed-out when turned off in this fashion, and not just disappear, lest he want to turn it on again. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong?
