Use --enable-unified-media-pipeline flag or use it with one of the M50 releases that enable it by default.

1. Empty website with video in HLS format on an Android tab or mobile

2. Try to change the playback rate

What is the expected behavior?
The playbackrate should also be adapted when unsing HLS Video

What went wrong?
The video is playing in normal speed.
I get an error on my android tablet that looks like this. This only happens with HLS videos. It works great when using mp4. But the HLS videos have enorm performance improvements on older devices like the nexus 7
