We're making this page much worse. Just because it's already broken in other ways doesn't seem relevant to me.

Based on offline discussion, you believe that SA would still struggle with a fixed-up Yahoo Answer page. So, let's keep this issue.

I can't repro this on canary with web platform features off and scroll anchoring on (I can on stable). This may have been fixed by https://crrev.com/1958973004/. Ojan, can you verifiy that this is fixed (with web platform features off, otherwise the site is pretty broken to begin with)?
