Issue descriptionThis is more of a feature request. Google DOcs ought to allow CHromeVox to be able to read from the current position to the end of a document. I will refer to this as read all. This is important to me as a user to be able to read an entire document without having to use my arrow keys to read line by line. Where this becomes important is when reading a long article or a textbook for school that is put into Google Docs. I ought to have the option to read, without pause, the content from where I wish. Currently, the read all command in ChromeVox Next does not work in this capacity. To reproduce, perform the following: 1. Run Chromevox Next 2. Open a document from docs.google.com 3. Perform the Chromevox Read All command (Search+R) Expected Behavior: Chromevox will begin reading from the cursor until it is stopped or the end of the document is reached. Actual Behavior: Chromevox will begin reading the Google Docs web page, while ignoring the document.Mode: force_next Version: 51.0.2701.0 Reproduction Steps: 1. 2. 3.

This happens on 51.2704.0.0 and as explained in #1, using CTRL+ALT+R freezes Cvox. But the freeze happened to me 2 out of 5 times
