Saving as PDF with system dialog includes a unicode Sound emoji at the end of the title

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a tab with audio playing
2. Optionally, open another tab with no audio playing
3. Use Command+Option+P (or Command+P and select "Print using System dialog"), then press the PDF button and select "Save as PDF".

What is the expected behavior?
The filename and title should always match the title of the page and not include the emoji at the end.

What went wrong?

Well it seems that crbug truncated both the title of the issue AND the issue content after the emoji character. So here's what I had written without the emoji character:

Saving as PDF with system dialog includes a U+1F50A / "Loud Sound" emoji in the default title and filename

# What went wrong?
The filename and title fields include a "U+1F50A SPEAKER WITH THREE SOUND WAVES" / "Loud Sound" emoji at the end of the string, even if the page being printed isn't playing any media (see the attached image).

# Any other comments?
I could not reproduce this using the Chrome "Save as PDF" destination, only using the "Save as PDF" feature in the printing system dialog.
I was able to reproduce this myself on OS X 10.9.5, and I'm told it is also reproducible on OS X 10.11.4, with the same Chrome version.

I reproduced this locally with 52.0.2705.0 on 10.11.4 using the steps given above and a Play Music tab. Assigning this one to mark@ for investigation.
