What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Chrome DevTools on any web page
2. Right-click in the left-side panel.
3. Select Add Folder to Workspace.
4. Choose location of local folder that you want to map.
5. Click Allow to give Chrome access to the folder.
6. Right-click the added folder in the left Sources pane.

What is the expected result?

a menu item should appear proposing "new file" as previous version of chrome and as documented here  cf ( cf https://developers.google.com/web/tools/setup/setup-workflow#add-local-source-files-to-workspace section Local file management)
and here https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/workspaces-files/newfile.png


What happens instead of that?

no menu-item
