It does seem to be a bit slow, but I'm not sure how "normal" that is. There seem to be a couple of "dead" master processes running on master1 at the moment. I'll look at it more a bit later.

One thing to investigate: if one build gets out of sync between the DB and on-disk pickles, the master will be running in circles trying to figure it out on every major UI request, but otherwise running fairly smoothly.

Yep, it seems to be quite a bit faster now. The individual bots (e.g. https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromium.perf/builders/Android%20Nexus7v2%20Perf%20(2)) still seem to be taking quite a while to load on my end, but I'm not sure if that's related at all.
