2. Try dragging files to the drag/drop zone from the Dolphin file explorer

I haven't reproduced this myself, though a user has reported this via the helpforum (https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/zZf9hUjg06o)

If you use nautilus instead of Dolphin OR firefox instead of chrome, it does work.
