Calculator problem in address bar

Device name:PC with Windows 7 x64
Application:Google Chrome Browser
Application version:49.0.2623.112 m

Steps to reproduce:
(1)Open new tab
(2)Write an expression using percent and 3 characters after the decimal point in the number of percent, like this: 14-33,333%
(3)the result is incorrect: -4652.62

Expected result:9,33338(like this)

Actual result:-4652.62

Sorry, i had a prolem with creation an issue, this issue is for PC version, move it to the right section, please.

Tested the same on win7 chrome version 50.0.2661.94 by pasting 14-33,333% in the omni box observed the suggestion -4652.62

Could you please elaborate your issue as mentioned in comment #2
