Issue descriptionStep to reproduce. 1. Login to your gmail account. 2. click on compose mail. 3. Click on on attach files image. 4. then try to rename any document files while renaming use same letter (if it is capital letter use small same letter and respectively then click on empty area). 5. Noticed that renamed letter is not showing. i think this is a small issue but for google chrome (100 %) best web browser, hence i am sending this bug. and also this bug is not there in mozilla firefox kindly resolved this issue, i hope you will do. This is not a localization bug. Have confirmed it on English UI.

I think this is specific to Windows because not all other platforms support renaming in their file pickers. I also confirmed that this doesn't happen on Chrome OS's one.
