Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch any stage3d app (Farmville 2 will do)
2. Go fullscreen and wait for some time
3. screen begin to tremble or something (see description)

What is the expected behavior?
No trembling

What went wrong?
Screen trembles

Did this work before? Yes aroung 2 weeks ago

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

BTW I've not triend in non 3d apps (stage3d), but it seems that 2d apps are not affected and this is 3d pipeling bug
