UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.109 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open dev tools, goto console, focus the console
2. CTRL + L to go to address field to modify address 
3. Yes, dev tools overrides this hotkey to clear console

What is the expected behavior?
When you are in inspection mode .. and in the console .. and you need to go to the  address bar .. this don't work and very annoying and tedious

as of now the same hotkey is applied to clear console.

the problem is that you keep having to use the mouse to go the address bar
